These terms and conditions defines what DomSpace LTD (We) offer and what the end user (you) get as a result. By accessing or using the DomSpace application (“App”) and services owned or operated by DomSpace LTD, you constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not permitted to access DomSpace services or download the app.
We reserve the ability to modify the Terms at any time, If you continue to use the Services after we’ve notified you that the Terms have been modified, you are agreeing to be bound by the modified Terms. If you choose not to accept the modified terms and not be bound by the modified Terms, then you will no longer be allowed to use our Services.
Our services will continue to improve and change over time which is why we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, in our sole discretion.
User License Agreement
By downloading the DomSpace App (the “App”) you are allowed to download and install the App on any device that you own or control and to run the App and use our Services solely for your own personal non-commercial purposes. We reserve all rights in and to the App and Services not expressly granted to you under these Terms. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Copy the materials or modify
- Attempt in any way to decompile or reverse engineer any software on our App;
- Use our materials for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
- Remove any copyright or other intellectual property from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. If you are found doing this your account may be permanently closed and/or terminated.
Content Creators Agreement:
By downloading and editing your movies you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of the DomSpace app: you agree that editing the movie is your sole responsibility as the content owner. You are the content owner and has copyright and it’s owner to edit it.
You agree that your viewers/movie buyers/members will use the DomSpace app to watch the interactive movie with the Bluetooth via the app.
You hereby agree that DomSpace will charge your user/subscriber for using the app to watch the interactive movie with Bluetooth devices
DomSpace LTD has no responsibility for the edited movies, or how it will be used by the app end user app and won’t be accountable in any way that it is being used.
Canceling Policy
We offer the app via the Google store or the Apple store and the subscription and terms of cancelation respectively. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the applicable billing period, and the cancellation will apply to the next period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you may cancel that subscription at any time during any month of the subscription, and the subscription will be cancelled as of the following month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to receive the service during the remainder of the current billing period. After that billing period ends, you will no longer have access to the service.
If you cancel during a free trial period, you won’t be charged as per the trial offer terms as they were communicated by DomSpace.
